Sweetbird's Botanical Hibiscus syrup is an elegant and exotic syrup, exuding a tart red berry flavour and bright, bold colour. Made with real hibiscus, this fragrant and beautifully pink syrup adds botanical flair to summer and winter menus. To replicate the hibiscus teas of the Middle East and Turkey, the Sweetbird syrup has a light perfume and punchy floral top note that immediately tastes of botanical petals. The complex profile has a sharpness giving a sweet berry fruitiness similar to cranberry, with honey pollen notes.
